PLEASE HELP I NEED A DRIVER DOOR FOR AN EARLY 55
Saturday Oct 7 On the freeway Saturday traveling about 60 noon time clear day
Car Ahead does a quick stop
I hit the brakes and lock up and skid
Car turns sideways with the back end getting away from me so I am now apparently perpendicular to the direction of traffic
I got t boned
My belt must have come apart as I got ejected out of the passenger door as the car went into the center divider but this was slow at this point (I think)
The foe impact knocked the seat fram which pushed the passenger door open and out I went
Had I been stationary I would have had injuries to my ribs, chest and spleen
I remember seeing the center divider and the car was against the concrete barrier
I was not ko’d//so my passenger door came open

The car that hit me hit the back of a truck and may have clipped a Nissan sedan which was now at the side of the road
My car rolled backwards into the door of that Nissan
So 4 cars

I am in need of a DRIVERS DOOR FOR AN EARLY FLAT WINDSHIELD 55 WAGON

Wow...wow...
Well...as they say, at least your ok (for the most part).

Hope someone (here) can help. I have a 55 wagon that I'd sell mostly cheap...but its got the later windshield.

Great to hear you are O K. Sucks about the damage. I have a 54 Conestoga parts car but I just went and looked at the Drivers Door and your is a beaut by comparison. Probably would have been way too much freight involved anyway as I am in western Canada. Good luck on your search.
