Wow Mike....You are some Dedicated. Great to see that you are getting some invaluable info on your quest and what is really kool is that you are sharing it with the masses. I have a tendency to agree with R5 on your posted link about all the doors that you are opening. Lotsa questions arise.

With the bike heads we do we dont consider max lift numbers much. They are only good for bragging rites and rarely perform well in the real world dyno. Like you we look for mid range lift improvements as well as percentage improvement on total thru all of the lifts. As you know...Velocity is (test temp increase) is important. Turbulance is also important. The turbulance relates directly to keeping the charge quality homogenous.

In my experience raw flow numbers are nothing more than racing flow benches. You want more flow just enlarge the port. I know from what you have done I am really oversymplifying this to you but I am assuming that not everyone here is on the same page.
