Cleaned up my '54 Conestoga Project today

Hey Pat -

Have fun with it. I wish I could retire...I've got my 60 Lark and 55 Conestoga both to finish...with not enough time for just one..!
And I'm still working on my 54 wagon....

That's a nice looking solid car. If the car I'm parting was 1/2 as nice as yours I'd be fixing it versus cutting it up.

You want to see tailgate hinge rust. I removed the 2 uppper supports/latches and then rocked the tailgate back and forth a couple times until the hinge area broke free from the body. The front seat frame I pulled out by hand. All the floor/mounts where rusted clean through.

Once again Nice looking car.
