Surely dont understand what happened to the NHRA website on Sunday. In the A.M. they showed the event as completed? Then the site was down for like 24 hours. You watched the event on ESPN2 or local TV? Whats a Silva Hawk?

Hey...not a bad looking car...priced ok too... Wish I had some money...!
One thing IS odd though...20K for the car as a roller and 24K for the car, turn key...? $4000 for a 434 small block...? Maybe it is in dire need of a freshening..despite the only 7 runs since freshened...!?
I've seen small blocks run close to the 5.80 numbers at the current Irwindale. Yea..notes both 4.80 and 5.80...that's a HUGE difference.
Na...don't normally pay too much attenetion to the alcohol cars. I was in the stands when they ran, but like I said, I couldn't tell ya what car was what, except for the normal local racers you see or hear of all the time.
But yea, I'd bet he's happy.
And yea..too. I tried several times through out the day to no avail to get into the NHRA site. I just gave up and waited till when it came on ESPN2...5 o'clock, I think.
