Bumper jack

Can anyone post a picture of how the bumper jack sits in either the wheel well or the rear of a 1955 car. Thank you

Al -

While I'm not sure exactly how...or better..."where" the thing is supposed to be to jack up your car....but do "NOT" put it in a fender well or any other body part...
That's why it's called a "bumper" jack.

For what it's worth, I have a scissor jack in my Lark (along with the bumper jack). Will work easy in the front...may take some work to make it work in the back.

I am 100% with Mike here. The scissors jack is all I have used on my wagon and as he says on the rear you have to have a little patience; it sure beats messing up the bumpers and/or body.

Oh well back to work on Connies body and the wheels.
