I like the look of the bullet nose...

If I can find a 50 cheap enough, I'll cut the top off of my 59 wagon and build one like that. The 59's a rust bucket....!

I think Hot Wheels made one into a die cast car.

"I think Hot Wheels made one into a die cast car."

I saw one on a website I can no longer find. It was a bulletnose Stude with a Plymouth woody like wagon rearend. If I can find it I'll post it...

By the way...I actually saw the orange pro-street Conestoga at a car show about 7-8 years ago, in Old Towne Fair Oaks (CA) at the annual Fiesta Days car show held on the first weekend every May.

It is a beautiful car with a blown hemi and 4 link tubbed rearend and wrinkles. The interior is (if I remember right) gray tweed throughout.

If I can find the pics I took, I'll scan them and post 'em fer y'all...

The die cast version I have is lime green and black.

The underside has 51 Studebaker wagon cast in the chassis pan. It has the numbers #154 and 1749 printed in ink on each side of the "Stude wagon".

It's hard to tell what they used for the modeling for the rear of the car. Visually......it fits.
