Anyone driving your wagons ?

My Lark has brake problems I haven't been able to figure out.
My motorcycle needed tires...so...the 54 wagon was pressed into daily driving duties for tire replacement. About a 45 mile round trip to the bike shop for tires and lunch. Ran fine, fired right away (electric fuel pump). That Optima 6 volt battery holds it's charge really well while sitting for long periods.

Anyone else driving their wagons lately ?

Mike

sigh......

mine has been sitting since last summer.

but i'm always amazed that we can jump in that beauty after sitting a year and after a bit of sputtering, coughing, she fires up and gives us no problem all summer.

Read that to mean I am workin my fool ass off just to keep the tax folks off of my ass. My wagon is turning into a retirement project and that sucks the big wienie! BOO HOO BOO HOO! Anyway ain't dead yet and I aint a quitter so onward and upward.

Hey Al -

Yea, pretty much the same here.
I'm looking to retire about a year from now myself, leaving ALL my Studes as retirement projects..!
Haven't done anything to my "new" 54 daily driver lately, my first 54 is awaiting its new engine to be assembled and installed...but... And my original, 60 Lark wagon project is also awaiting completion.

I've been on the east coast working lately...so "nothings"...getting done on my weekends at home.
What a freaking life..!

Good to hear from you.

Mike
