wow, glad i didn't own a torch when i was in high school,
that's what mine would have looked like...

I talked to the guy.
He said it took the car as payment on body work and a paint job.
Says the car is complete and was done by a company car Automotion.
Said everything was there to finish project .
No drive train or interior.
He said he would take $3500 for it looks like a lot of work.
