Vent Window Rubber

I am looking for a source for new vent window rubber for a 55 w/conventional windshield. I have talked to all of the vendors that I know of, and have come up empty.

What have some of you done to replace, repair, or modify something else to fix your vent rubber? Thank you in advance for your comments.

Hmmm..not good.

I'll be needing some for both my late 55 and my 54.

I thought Stude International had all of the rubber needed for these things! At least everything but the upper piece for the tail gate (lower).

I think you will be OK on the wrap-around, as it is the same as the sedans, so I am told.

If you, or anyone, do find something for the flat window, please post.

I have been looking for vent window rubber and also the the rear quarter window rubber
For my 54. I called Fennessy and he said that it might be possible to buy two pair
for a coupe and cut and glue. That could get kind of costly at close to 100.00 a pair.
It is the same vent window on 53-54 sedans. You would think that there would be enough demand to
repop them.
