Plaid interior

Hey Mike-
Found a set of '55 seat covers in plaid and teal. Any reason these wouldn't fit a '54? Also, have you ever seen this interior from the factory?

No and no.
Most seats if not an exact will fit with some wiggling. I put a 59 Lark wagon front seat into a 54 4dr sedan, no problem !
The 54 and 55 are mostly the same car, in many respects. Other than the flat vs. curved windshield of the early 55 vs. the later 55. Even the dash boards will interchange.
I was told years ago that a 53 to 55 CK bodied dash would not fit a sedan or wagon. That's wrong !! One of my wagons (the blue one in my avatar) has a verified by the seller, a 54 C bodied, V-8 car dash, and it fit into my 54 Conestoga with zero modifications or problems.
As for the material pattern, I don't have the experience to properly answer that question...but !
